At Avessira, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Hygiene-sensitive goods (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return instructions

⚠️ Do NOT send items back to the manufacturer directly.


4. Return Shipping

  • Defective / damaged / incorrect items: We cover return shipping
  • Customer preference (e.g., size, dislike): Customer pays return shipping

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your payment provider
